crepe making session

ok im gonna do this like even by even cus later too much photos and all that crap.. so ya..
anyways on thurs had crepe party. apparently this period of time, in france, ppl there actually have like this crepe season whereby all the meals are crepes. so like yup my two french flatmates decided to have this crepe party.

so then apparently to make crepe, you have to grease the pan with oil using a potato. (i have no idea why potato but ya, potato it is!)
them in action. initially they started off using 2 pans.
the little entertainment that we had during the crepe making session.




after that they kinda upgraded to a total of 3 pans cus time was running out and the party's gonna start soon and they are not done yet. :)) cool shit.
yup. so that took few vids of them in action but aint gonna post it up cus like a bit big and like dunnoe whether even you guys interested in seeing it not. so ya..
made a total of like 50 crepes? lol..
so basically the party was like with people coming over and like having crepes with jam or nutella or even cheese and ham. not bad not bad..
sat around chatted..
oh ya.. so then they (diane and remi) actually had like their specialised job to do.. diane was in charge of pouring the batter onto the pan and taking them out when its done. and remi was just incharge of unsticking the crepe from the pan and flipping them. qte interesting watching them.. and apparently i was in charge of counting the no. of crepes they've made.. lol.. ya
and taking photos of course.. :))))
